Undertake facility condition assessments for all non-24/7 facilities, that includes building and equipment dates of installation, types, age, and remodel history. Develop internal capacity to independently conduct and maintain facility condition assessments. Execute agreement with a vendor to provide a comprehensive facility condition and asset management software. Complete assessments and make recommendations.
