Community Education Specialist Julie Katawicz will work with local youth and adults to increase participation in 4H. Design and document the sustainable training program (frequency of trainings, etc.), identifying which trainings, and training delivery (online, in person, etc.). Ensure outreach is inclusive of different languages and cultures.
