Meet the needs of non-native English speakers by acquiring or modifying equipment and tools to fit the need. Create an on-call list of County employees with Spanish II skills who will be required to serve as a translator at Board meetings. Conduct staff training on procedures for Spanish translation services at Board meetings. Increase participation of non-native English speakers at Board meetings.
