By June 2023, OR3 will initiate a grant funded update and gain Board approval of the Emergency Management Plan (EMP) and update Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Activation Guide.

Incorporate best practices and lessons from CZU August Lightning Complex Fires After Action Review. Edit EMP to include NEW operational protocols regarding Access and Functional Needs (AFN) support based on new State Law requirements. Solicit feedback from EOC staff, Emergency Management Council, and Operational Area partners and refine as necessary. Test EMP and Activation Guide with EOC staff and Operational Area staff.
