Agenda Management

By December 2023, the Clerk of the Board will transition to a new Agenda Management System and reduce their processing time by 30%.

Define system requirements, including "must haves" and "want to have" as features for internal and external users. Investigate potential vendors and review product demonstrations. Prepare and conduct a Request for Proposals process, select and contract with vendor, and manage vendor installation process. Conduct staff training and prepare documentation for the public on how to access and use the new system. Post documentation on the intranet and internet for internal and external users.
